The Mediterranean is truly in my blood, and it's a region that inspires me on every visit. My family hails from the island of Malta and my childhood revolved around the warmth of large family dinners with boisterous conversations paired with food and wine.  In adulthood, the Med always felt like home for me; a comfortable and inviting place that brought new experiences and vibrant memories during each escape.
