Welcome, I'm Shannon Kircher, the Founder of Compass & Vine and the Luxury Travel Advisor working behind the scenes to design your getaway. I help discerning travelers craft inspired escapes so that they can enjoy personalized memory-making moments that enrich their lives. I handcraft each and every itinerary to make sure that each piece of your getaway reflects your personal style.

I've been fortunate to explore dozens of countries across five continents and have had truly transformative experiences during those getaways that have left me inspired and wowed by the world around me. I want to share my passion for planning, my love of travel, and the insider knowledge I've gained during my career in hospitality to help make your getaway extraordinary.

Shannon has planned many trips for us, including trips to Greece, France and Ireland. On our trip to France, she arranged our flights, set up the hotel in Paris, and arranged our accommodations in the wine region of Alsace. We visited different vineyards and enjoyed wine tastings in the region. She even set up a private vineyard tour on segways which was a first for us, but hopefully it won't be our last. We couldn't have seen all that we did without her planning.
